SODAT Delaware, Inc. is a private non-profit community-based substance abuse treatment and therapeutic case
management agency dedicated to providing high quality social services including prevention, intervention, and
treatment of mental health and substance-related disorders.
SODAT is accredited by the Joint Commission and
licensed by the Delaware Department of Health and Social Services, Division of Substance Abuse and Mental
Health (DSAMH) to provide outpatient substance abuse treatment and related mental health services.
Incorporated in 1971, SODAT is Delaware’s first and oldest continuously operating non-profit outpatient substance
abuse treatment agency. The needs of Delaware’s populations have changed since 1971 and SODAT has evolved to
serve these needs.
